For Groups Staying at WinShape Retreat
Check in at the Front Desk in the Grand Chalet, where you can also enjoy unlimited complimentary hot and cold beverages. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and bath amenities. Forget something? Basic amenities, extra towels, blankets, and pillows are available at the Front Desk.
Dining takes place in the Great Hall (unless otherwise specified in your agreement). Our Fitness Center is open 24/7 to all lodging guests.
For Groups Staying at The Normandy Inn
Check in at The Normandy Inn. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and bath amenities. If you’ve forgotten something, basic amenities, extra towels, blankets, and pillows are available.
All meals are provided by our extraordinary in-house chef.
For Groups Staying in the Cabins
Check-in for the cabins will be arranged with your Event Specialist prior to arrival. (Here is a map to guide you once you’re on the WinShape campus!) All cabins are equipped with a sheets, towels, and basic bath amenities.
In most cases, meals are served in/around your designated meeting spaces.
