Maddie spends her days in the weeds of event planning, ensuring that every i has been dotted and every t has been crossed before a group arrives at WinShape. Much of that expertise in managing details began during her days working in customer service at WinShape Retreat. It was there that she supported the front desk and reservations teams before taking on her current role with WinShape Teams.
Maddie’s desire to provide excellent service and hospitality is rooted in her heart for others. She uses her organization, learning, achieving, and wooing skills to get to know individuals and make their dreams come to fruition. Having played sports her entire life, Maddie is passionate about healthy team dynamics and seeing people work well with one another in order to achieve a common goal. Through her role as an Event Specialist, she enjoys setting the stage for transformation to take place.
Rome, Ga. is Maddie’s hometown, and on the weekends, you can find her serving and singing at church or chowing down at a local Mexican restaurant with her husband, David. That’s unless she’s relaxing on a beach or enjoying a concert somewhere – both of her favorite things to do!
Maddie and David are proud parents to the “squishiest little pug” named Wilson.
