Whether she’s working directly with a guest to help plan an event or working with an internal team member to reserve a meeting space, Heather finds her greatest delight in serving others. She’s passionate about people and loves getting to know each group she encounters on a personal level. She’s often the one behind the scenes, working out the kinks and putting together the puzzle pieces so guests and staff can enjoy their experience to the fullest.
Heather joined WinShape Teams in 2017 before transitioning to her current role with Events in 2018. Her background in working with various computer systems and programs gives her a unique advantage in planning the detailed logistics for every group to meet their needs.
Heather is married to her best friend and love of her life, Danny. Together they have three children, two cats and one dog. That’s not all, though; they hope to add some bees and goats to the mix soon! In addition to going on fun adventures with her family, Heather enjoys working with the youth at her local church.
